Is it free?
Yes. Formatting and downloading are free, with no limit on the first resume and no card.
Do I need an account?
No. You only give an email if you want to save your template or letterhead, or format several resumes at once.
What comes off?
Whatever you tick: candidate name, email addresses, phone number, locations, profile links, employer names, dates, education. Add anything else, one per line, like a nickname or a former employer's project name. It's taken out of the Word file, not just covered with a box.
What formats go in and out?
PDF or Word in, an editable Word file (.docx) out. There is no PDF download; save the Word file as PDF yourself if the client wants one. A client or agency format must be a Word file (.docx).
Can I use my client's own format?
Yes. Upload a sample resume in the client's or your agency's format, as a Word file. We keep its header, logo, fonts and section names, and lay the candidate out on it. The sample's own candidate text is taken out as soon as it's uploaded and never stored.
Why take the contact info off a submittal?
So the hiring manager calls you, not the candidate. It keeps the placement yours and stops a client hiring around your fee. Most agencies also drop the street address and personal links.
Where does the file go?
It's processed to build your preview and download, then deleted within 24 hours. It isn't shared, indexed by search engines, or used to train AI. A client format you upload is deleted within 24 hours too, and the other candidate in the sample is removed on upload, never stored.
Can I save my letterhead?
Yes, if you leave an email after your download. We'll keep your letterhead, logo and hide settings as your agency template.
